What are Master Bundles?
Master Bundles, also just called wave tracks, are sub mixes of an instrumental. For example, an Master Bundle has 4 full wave tracks of a beat:
- Bass, Beat, Percussion, and Instruments.
- The Bass wave track being just the bass. - The Beat wave track being just the kick and the snare. - The Percussion wave track being just the hi-hats, shakers, and crash cymbals. - The Instruments wave track being just the strings, organs, and synths, ect. All Master Bundles are the full duration of the instrumental and can be layered together to recreate the stereo mix. The reason for Master Bundles is that they allow for more precise fine tuning while mixing a song.
For example, one can adjust the gain on the Bass without affecting the the low end of the Drum. Or one can mold the cymbals around the vocals without affecting the snare.
Although Beatsfire beats come already master mixed, depending on the particular artist's vocals or the sound of the rest of their album, some premastering adjustments may want to be made. With Mastering Bundles this can be done with ease and much more accurately. |
